For an exchange, the quickest method is to return the item you have for a refund. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
